The Second Act
I work with women who are rebuilding after something changed, and with the organisations that employ them. Nothing here is therapy or coaching. What I offer is time and honest attention.
The offer
Ninety minutes.
This is for the woman whose life looks managed from the outside and does not feel that way from the inside. Something changed. Illness, burnout, motherhood, the end of a marriage. You got through it, and everyone assumed that was the end of it. It wasn't. You do not need to arrive with a goal.
We work through five questions I used on myself when my own recovery was at its hardest. We finish by taking the thing that feels too big and cutting it down until it is something you can do this week.
On stage
I speak about illness, identity, and the part of recovery nobody talks about.
After a medical error caused a brain stroke, I had to relearn how to walk and speak. The visible recovery took months. The harder part came after, when the world decided I was fine.
A different way of talking about recovery, which most people get wrong with the best intentions. Permission to stop performing strength. And for the women in the room who are quietly going through something, the experience of hearing it described accurately, probably for the first time.
I speak at conferences, women's networks, and internal company events. Based in Dubai, available across the UAE and India.

Eighty minutes, for teams.
Built for the women in your organisation navigating illness, caregiving, burnout, or a return to work after time away. The ones who are coping on paper and struggling underneath it.
The session is practical and quiet. Participants work through a short set of reflections, name what they are carrying, and identify one thing they can put down. They finish by choosing a single small action to take that week. No role play. No forced sharing. Nobody is made to perform strength.
Women who have been struggling alone realise they are not the only one in the room. Every participant leaves with one specific action they chose themselves. Your managers get language for a set of conversations most of them currently avoid, because nobody has given them a script for illness, caregiving, or coming back after leave. And running it tells a group of employees you usually only see on a leave form that you can see them.
Works as a standalone for a wellbeing day, or as part of a wider programme.

These are the questions I ask in a Steadiness Session. They are the same ones I used on myself when my own recovery was at its hardest. Sit with them on your own, in your own time.
I will send them to you, along with three identity check-in templates to use daily or weekly.
Your email is only used to send these. Nothing else.
Tell me a little about where you are. I reply to everything myself.
